Welcome to God and the Community Church
A PROPHETIC HOUSE known as ‘GCC’. This is a house that is honored to be given send a true Prophet who hears from God.
This is a church that is moving in a wave of the Spirit and believed to be raised by God for such a time as this to bring solutions to the body of Christ not only in their spiritual lives but also in their physical lives.
God and the Community Church was founded on the 19 of January 2009 by God Himself, having Prophet Mandla and Pastor Anastancia Khuzwayo as overseers. The name is inspired by the vision Prophet Khuzwayo had the beginning of 2007.
He was moved by the way the gospel is now preached compare to the early church. Today the Gospel is preached and peoples’ souls are saved but their physical needs are not taken care of. He then wanted God to be seen in the community not only to confine Him in the church building and the Christians lives to witness that Christ is alive.
The enemy has stolen so much from the Church of God and in this church we do not let the devil go free but take everything he robed us by fire and by force, if the devil doesn’t surrender we don’t leave the church.
The vision of the Church is to strike a balance between spiritual and physical needs. The vision
is based on the book of Matthew 4v4 “but He answered and said, It is written, Man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word that proceeded out of the mouth of God.” (KJV)
We engage the prophetic for the supernatural
release of the inheritance of the saints.
We show compassion
As the vision of the church is to strike a balance between spiritual and physical needs we encourage a culture of sharing as was the 1 church. We encourage the congregation to bring to church anything they have and those things are given to the needy.
Every January we give school uniform to the needy children.
We hand out groceries to the aged and the needy.
” Members of the church bring clothes and other disposable goods and they are given to the church members and to the community
according to the book of [ James 2v 15-16 ] 15.”If a brother or sister be naked, and destitute of daily food, 16. And one of you say unto them, depart in peace, be ye warmed and filled; notwithstanding ye give them not those things which are needful to the body; what doth it profit? “
Although we give to the needy but we encourage that people should ask for a time being but teach them stand on their own. We gather
as the church, we believe in meeting together to worship our God regularly.
